Please Read The Following Carefully:
All reservations MUST be scheduled through our website’s online booking platform with at least 6 hours advanced notice. Open play will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis subject to lane availability.
Reservation start and end times will be strictly enforced. Going to be late to your reservation? No problem, just please understand that your end time will remain the same.
In order to help maintain safe social distancing, manage the flow of traffic and control the number of people in the building, we ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time and leave promptly within 5 minutes of your end time. Furthermore, in the event of a wait list for open play bowling, you may be asked to remain in your car until your lane becomes available.
No more than 5 guests per lane (for a maximum of 10 guests per pair of lanes). A guest is defined as any individual in your party (regardless of whether they are bowling or observing).
All guests are asked to stay in their respective bowler’s area. Staff will come around to take orders for food/drink and deliver them to your lane. No outside food or drink permitted. (Individuals ordering and consuming alcoholic beverages must be over the age of 21 and have proper ID.)
All guests are required to wear masks AT ALL TIMES. (The only exception to this policy is when a guest is seated ACTIVELY eating or drinking.)
Should you have any issues of any kind, you will be able to communicate with someone at the front desk directly from your lane through the use of the “service” button. A staff member will come down to your lane if necessary.
All reservations and open play lanes will be prepaid and non-refundable. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (ie. mechanical breakdowns, electric outages, computer/scoring issues, acts of god, or the governor ) that can not be resolved in a timely manner, Camelot Lanes will issue a Credit that can be used to Reschedule at a Later Date.
