Our Reservation & In House Policies​

Please Read The Following Carefully:

1.

All reservations MUST be scheduled through our website’s online booking platform with at least 6 hours advanced notice. Open play will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis subject to lane availability.

2.

Reservation start and end times will be strictly enforced. Going to be late to your reservation? No problem, just please understand that your end time will remain the same.

3.

We ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time and leave promptly within 5 minutes of your end time.

4.

No more than 6 bowlers per lane (for a maximum of 12 bowlers per pair of lanes).

5.

No outside food or drink permitted.

6.

Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear face coverings in our center. If you are not fully vaccinated, it is recommended that you continue to wear a face covering at this time.

7.

Should you have any issues of any kind, you will be able to communicate with someone at the front desk directly from your lane through the use of the “service” button.

8.

All reservations and open play lanes will be prepaid and non-refundable. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (ie. mechanical breakdowns, electric outages, computer/scoring issues, acts of god, or the governor ) that can not be resolved in a timely manner, Camelot Lanes will issue a Credit that can be used to Reschedule at a Later Date.
